The instructor shall guide the student(s) through the various rules: Texas Administrative code, Title 5, Part 1, Chapter 295, Subpart C, Rules 295.31 thru 295.73, Health services, Texas department of State Health Protection Rules; any other pertinent state regulations. Industrial Hygiene Field Operations Manual. Asbestos work, one who meets EPA training requirements for local education agency. Can be done only by individuals who have successfully completed the NIOSH 582.
